A: Only authorized, certified Document Depot employees work with records. The warehouse is monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the entire year.

Q. What record preparations should we do?
A: Your knowledge of the container contents are all that is required. WE organize, inventory and catalog your records in preparation for storage or destruction.

Q. What if I need records that are in Document Depot's warehouse?
A: We provide three levels of delivery service plus Internet availability (as needed).
